For the past 26 years I have been creating Porcelain Dolls.  Creating Antique Reproduction Dolls of museum quality brings the past to the present.  Much time has been spent in research and the development of techniques.  I have an extensive collection of vintage fabrics and lace which add to the Victorian elegance of the dolls.

My Original Dolls honor the past and fit nicely with what I call “ the movement to push for the exotic and innovative” .  Each doll is born out of my imagination, then I take the concept through the magical stages which bring my creations to life.  Since it is the antique dolls that attracted me to the art …”I never want to lose sight of how wonderful and lovely antique porcelain dolls are.  It is important that I honor the traditional past in my work as an Original Doll Artist.”

Over the years I have won top awards in Doll Artisan competitions, including the President's Award and Rolf Erickson’s Original Doll Award.

My dolls have been chosen as club souvenir dolls and event dolls for United Federation of Doll Clubs(UFDC) regionals.  Each summer you can find me in the UFDC salesroom and teaching workshops at the annual UFDC Convention.
